🌟 Event Recap: Building Connections & Overcoming Procrastination 🌟

On April 15, the Refugee Council of Lithuania hosted an inspiring in-person networking event focused on building meaningful connections and tackling procrastination—two key ingredients for personal and professional growth. The event was funded by the US Embassy in Vilnius, highlighting a shared commitment to empowering communities and fostering development.

Moderated by Olena Semenchuk—PCC ICF business coach, entrepreneur, and international speaker—the event brought together professionals, entrepreneurs, and newcomers for an evening filled with insight, connection, and motivation.

✨ Highlights included:

🤝 Genuine Networking – Participants exchanged stories, ideas, and experiences, forming authentic relationships and support systems.

🧠 A Deep Dive into Procrastination – We explored why we procrastinate, how it affects our careers, and most importantly, how to overcome it using research-backed tools like Agile Brain techniques and neuro-mindfulness.

🚀 Reigniting Motivation – Attendees walked away with practical strategies to boost productivity and take purposeful steps toward their goals.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us and to Olena Semenchuk for leading such a powerful session. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue growing—together. 🌍💬
